Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

🌍 Shipping Times & Rates

We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on location:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • UK/EU: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your pout. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Return:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used lip products

  • Final sale or promotional items

📬 Wrong Address or Lost Package?

Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect information, we’re not responsible for lost or delayed items.
